Let's be honest here. You're reading this because you want to hear about how Little Miss Sunshine is doing. My feelings aren't hurt. Here's the short version:
We're very excited to welcome a baby girl to our family in early December. She has been diagnosed with Spina Bifida (myelomeningocele) and hydrocephalus. We won't know what all is in store until after she's born, but so far all reports point to a favorable prognosis. For right now we're keeping busy counting down to her arrival (32 short days!) and getting the house ready.
